Each year I receive roses from the best rose producers in the world. I plant them and give them the same care as any other rose in the garden and watch and evaluate them in terms of garden presentation, bloom power and disease resistance. Most are worthy of any garden, but sometimes a shrub really proves to be a real stand out in the garden. These are the roses that I have deemed worthy of being called a "Rose on the Rise." All roses here have all been personally grown in my Alabama garden and are ones that I would recommend without hesitation.
